It all started a few years ago when I found myself searching for an assisted living facility for my ailing father.  If you are reading this, you are probably in a similar situation searching for a facility for a loved one.   I drove all over Los Angeles, visited what felt like a thousand facilities, and simply could not find a place where I would feel comfortable moving my father to.  That is when I decided that I would have to open up an assisted living facility that would live up to my standards.   Fast forward a few years, I came across an opportunity to purchase a lot in Reseda Ranch neighborhood of Los Angeles.   We decided to demolish the existing structure and develop a brand new facility, designed specifically with seniors in mind.   We paid close attention to all the details from landscaping to interior design to make sure our future residents would not just like our facility but would love it.  Once our facility was built, we focused on assembling a team of caregivers that love working with seniors.   That is when I met my business partner Nick.  Together, we poured our souls into Ingomar Assisted living to make it the world class facility it is today.  I am very proud of what Nick and I have created here and anyone would be fortunate to call this place their new home.
